Tell Santa That You Want A Los Angeles Bath Designer For Christmas This Year

During the holidays we can find ourselves feeling dread at the thought of our extended family coming to stay with us and having to face the guest bathroom, which is in dire need of a makeover. While “needing to make a good impression” is not one of the top reasons to hire an experienced Los Angeles Bath designer, there are some very good reasons to think about giving yourself a new bathroom for Christmas this year.

Increased Home Value

This is the reason that we most often think about when considering a bathroom remodeling project. It has been proven that this is a great way for you to realize a solid return on your investment. For every dollar that you invest, you can expect to see a return of about $.70. Another great reason to update your bath, especially before a sale, is that potential buyers will choose a remodeled bath over an outdated bath, every time.

For Safety Reasons

With many of us staying in our homes as we age, we are finding that the addition of safety features in the bath are very important. From grab bars to non-slip flooring, there are many ways in which we can make our bathrooms safer for all members of a family. Think about better lighting, solid built-in step stools for little feet or maybe a seat in the shower and you can see how this type of remodel can help us avoid falls, a common bathroom mishap.

It’s Time To Upgrade

Perhaps you have been living with a bathroom in real need of repair. Maybe you are dealing with leaking faucets, disintegrating tile work or rotten drywall and you are simply tired of thinking about the work that needs to be done. Our busy lives can make it really difficult to take on these jobs ourselves so they are often put on the back burner. Maybe the time has come to finally get it done.

Need For More Space

Once your kids reach their teenage years, all of a sudden there is not nearly enough space to accommodate everyone’s need for more time in the bathroom, especially in the morning. Even the addition of a half-bath can be the answer to avoiding many conflicts. Another common reason to update is the need for more bathroom storage space. The addition of more cabinet space or shelving can be the answer to the problem of bathroom clutter.

If you are looking for the best Los Angeles Bath designer available, one who can help you make your bathroom dream come true, ask Santa to contact us and we will put a sparkling new bathroom under the tree for you this year!

Bert P. Arons, Los Angeles

Dear Michael: It was in May that a final contract was signed and agreed upon to commence work on the remodeling of our kitchen and master bathroom. At that time it was the culmination of much research by my wife, and sometimes me tagging along, for the last 2 1/2 years. I was also convinced it was the right decision on how the kitchen was to be done as to the other options we had explored. My wife is tremendously thorough and had looked into all different ways to redo a kitchen before meeting you the first time. It was after that meeting that she was convinced she had found the person to work with on this project. I was then summoned to meet you and validate this decision. The following is a synopsis of what transpired after that day. We have done considerable work to our house since we first purchased it some 27 years ago and as such have had many dealings with contractors and alike that have made proposals we couldn’t refuse. I don’t think we have missed any room in our house, or for that matter outside as well. I guess you could say we have constantly tried to improve what we thought, at the time , the most beautiful house ever built. The moral of this expose is that I don’t think we ever got what we were promised. The stories are too gruesome to retell and as I’m getting into my senior years I really try to forget what has transpired in the past and look forward to the future. And so with much trepidation I signed the contract with Bradco Kitchens and Bath to make our kitchen beautiful again. I even went so far as to suggest that we put in a late clause if you could not complete the job in a suitable manner time wise. You were so convincing that it was not going to be a problem that I decided, much to my amazement, to go along one more time to see if we had finally found the right man for the job. Michael, your team of artists, and I mean that sincerely, overwhelmed us right from the start. They showed up for work on the first day and did not stop until they had accomplished what had been promised. I cannot spell all their names but I made it a point to inform you of how terrific these guys were. Roberto was always on top of things and when any questions arose he took care of them immediately if not sooner. He is truly a jewel and if I were to go back into business he would be my first employee. Since I am somewhat fastidious when it comes to picking up after a mess, I was pleasantly surprised when your men would show up at the end of the day and take away the trash. That was great. In addition, even at the very end when sometimes a lackadaisical attitude appears, your people were right on time and making sure that we were taken care of right up to the end. Thank you. If at any time you would like to bring people over to show them what you did, we would be happy to make the kitchen available. Our master bathroom is wonderful as well and was completed without incident and is open for inspection. Please feel free as well to have anyone call us for a recommendation and to confirm that we actually wrote this letter of satisfaction. If we ever need some work done in the future, and you know my wife, you will certainly be the ones we call. Without exception. Thank you Thank you Thank you!

It’s been eight months since we gutted and remodeled a full kitchen, master bath, and powder room, plus assorted other changes to our home, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. We even still love the contractor – and how many people can say that after a major remodel?

Our successful experience started with a design consultation at Bradco to discuss ideas for a new kitchen. We had done a major remod on a previous home a few years ago and were still stinging with annoyance and disappointment at the workmanship and the impossibility of getting the job finished. Needless to say, we were gun-shy!

The Bradco designer worked within our stated budget and never tried to “sell up.” When choices were made to upgrade, the decision was always initiated by my husband or me. One thing that surprised and delighted us is that we spent significantly less money for this kitchen than we did with the other contractor, but the quality of materials and installation we got this time are far superior.

We decided to have B&R, the contracting end of the Bradco “family” do our entire remodel, and there was never a moment’s hesitation about the integrity or skill of each man who worked in our home. Although we weren’t living there yet, the B&R men still attempted to keep the place as tidy as the circumstances would allow.

Much to our surprise, Eli, Many, Julio, and all of the others involved in the construction management and on the job labor showed up when they said they would – again, quite remarkable in this field.

We love using our kitchen and baths, and we still haven’t gotten over admiring the results. Of course, like with any other venture such as this, there’s been the occasional need to tweak or fix something. We’ve marveled at the speed of the response from both Bradco and B&R and the good cheer with which they approach any of our subsequent requests. And this is many months since the last invoice was paid in full.

In re-reading what I’ve written I fear I must sound like a shill for the company. That couldn’t be further from the truth. Rather, we just feel so grateful after our earlier remodel experience to have found an organization which does high quality work at reasonable prices, and with the follow through we all want when investing so much time, money, and effort into our homes.

Pros: Responsive, skillful, talented staff

Cons: None

Design! Construction! & Passion

You hear all those horror stories about redoing this, redoing that. I have to say that I was blown away with the staff at Bradco Kithcen and Bath. I was considering a redo in quite a large downstairs bathroom. I am a female doctor living alone and know the difference between arteries and veins, however knowing what wood to use for the cabinet, product for contertops, I have no idea! I am thrilled to have found this terriffic place to be able to let my gaurd down and not feel pressured for a sale, or degraded for asking questions and getting that ” oh you don’t need to concern yourself with that”. The entire staff made me feel like I was part of their family and only what was good enough for them would be good enough for me! I cannot tell you how inpressed I was with their “green ” knowledge and awareness of what kind of chemicals are used in making of cabinets. I have no idea formaldehyde was used in cabinet making. Well not for Bradco! Not only am I completely satisfied with the job Bradco did for me I have recommened them to a number of others and will continue to do so. Thanks Bradco!

A very happy customer,

SDW
